1. Carrier

We ship orders via FedEx or DHL. All packages are shipped with a tracking number.

2. Shipping Cost

We offer free worldwide express shipping on all orders, regardless of your country.

3. Handling Time / Delivery Estimate

Our estimated handling time is 2–4 business days after your order is confirmed (business days exclude weekends and public holidays).

Please note that delays may occur due to the following reasons:

  • Peak seasons such as the holiday season, or when multiple public holidays overlap

  • Carrier closures (we cannot ship while the carrier is closed)

  • Weather, natural disasters, or transportation conditions

  • Customs clearance procedures and local circumstances

4. Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees

Depending on the destination country and order amount, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and customs clearance fees may apply. These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are usually collected by the carrier at the time of delivery. In principle, the recipient (customer) is responsible for these charges.

Customs clearance is handled according to the rules and procedures of each country and the carrier, and we cannot intervene in or control the customs process. Before placing an order, please check your country’s duty/tax rates, import regulations, and any required documents.

5. Refusal to Pay Duties / Refusal of Delivery

If you refuse to pay duties/taxes/fees or refuse delivery, we will handle the case in accordance with our Refund Policy.
If the item is seized or destroyed by customs or the carrier due to refusal to pay or refusal of delivery, we will not provide compensation.

6. “Not Received” Claims After Delivery

Claims that a package was not received after it is marked as delivered will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
If delivery is confirmed by tracking information and/or the carrier’s Proof of Delivery (POD), we cannot provide compensation or reshipment based on such a claim.

7. Shipping Address Restrictions

We cannot ship to the following addresses:

  • PO Box

  • APO / FPO
