What is Pre-Order?
The Pre-Order system is designed to offer items that are difficult to obtain."Pre-order (item name)" indicates that the item is currently not in our stock. When you place an order for such an item, we will place a back-order with our suppliers or the manufacturer. Please note that it generally takes about 3 to 7 days from the time we make the back-order until the item is ready for shipment. If we are unable to secure the item you ordered or if there is a significant delay in shipping, we will contact you. If we are unable to obtain the item, we will issue a full refund, so you can rest assured. Please be aware that, except in cases where we cannot provide the item, cancellations are not accepted, just like with regular orders.
How to order
Please place your order by clicking the checkout button, just as you would with a regular order. The only difference is that the item name will be prefixed with "Pre-Order" if it is a Pre-Order item.
Arrival date
The estimated delivery time displayed at checkout applies to regular items. If you are ordering a Pre-Order item, please add an additional 3 to 7 days to this estimate. If we anticipate a longer delay, we will contact you. If we are unable to dispatch the item, we will issue a full refund.
With regular orders
If you place an order that includes both Pre-Order items and regular items, please note that we will ship all items together once the Pre-Order item is ready. If you prefer separate shipments, please contact us via the contact form or directly through our email address.
